Brian and Elaine Rey, and Gordon Ramsay are leading the campaign for people across the country to go back to using real gravy.

 

The journey began at The Fenwick Arms, situated in Claughton near Lancaster, where they rediscovered traditional gravy and now want to drive people back to making good traditional meat stock gravy. The gravy mad couple have been campaigning on the high streets of Lancashire and Cumbria to make sure we dumping the grotty granules and use the juices from our roasts to make a fantastic real gravy to enhance the great British Sunday roast dinner. The Fenwick Arms has now closed and Brian and Elaine have moved to new premises over the border in Yorkshire to continue their campaign.
