Comments: Have just seen the programme & what can I say, you & Elaine seem like such a genuine, honest & hardworking couple, would love to have a pub like yours nearer to our home. Will make sure to visit for food but have to agree with Gordon, you,ve got great staff, sit back a little & enjoy the pub from the other side of the bar. All the very best!

Comments: How do I get hold of some of this gravy. The recipe isn't here and if I wanted Delia Smith's recipe I'd have used it long ago.
How about bottling some up and flogging it? How about printing the recipe?
