Comments: I've been taught how to make PROPER gravy using the water from veg, the veg AND the meat juices (minus fat-which retained help make great yorkshire puds) since I can remember (am 31) and hope to pass this to my daughter (only 14 months!!). But I've been taught this not just by my mother but my morther in law aswell!! Keep up the good work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
